We do not provide bedding or towels for hygiene reasons so be sure to bring yours!

Yep – it’s part of the motorhome life! We provide the toilet chemicals and show you exactly how to do it. It’s not as bad as you think (promise).

You’re covered with national breakdown assistance – so you’re never left stranded. We also give you all the emergency info before you set off.

Yes! One or two well-behaved dogs are welcome. We even include a secure anchor and chain for outdoor chilling (for the dog, not you).

We have 6 belted seats. 4 over shoulder and 2 waisted ones.

You will be given contact details in your welcome back and we shall do our utmost to solve any van related problems that may arise. We will always be at the end of the phone when needed.

You can collect Bertha from either Blandford Forum, or Holwell nr Sherborne at 3pm on your hire day. Please allow at least 45 minutes to be shown around the van and how everything works. But, don't worry if it's a lot to take in! You'll have a handy guide included in your welcome pack! On return day she must be returned by 11am unless otherwise agreed. There is a late return fee of £50 per hour. Earlier collection can be arranged.

Once the motorhome has been checked over and everything included in your hire is all accounted for and there's no damage, your deposit will be returned via BACs within 7 days.

To allow us to do our checks with DVLA and provide insurance we need the photo driving licence and 2 proofs of address for each person that will be driving, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
